PIERCING FAQ:

Notice: You must have proper ID/documents and be on time for your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. Photos of IDs and documents are not accepted. 

Please call us if you are running behind or need to reschedule.

Prices are for service fees ONLY. Jewelry is extra and ranges in price from $25-$300+.

We have a large, beautiful selection of quality titanium, niobium, 14k & 18k gold and glass jewelry to choose from. We only stock quality jewelry and pierce with implant-grade materials that have been approved by The Association of Professional Piercers.

We offer a $10 discount off of your second and third piercing at the same appointment.

State or federal ID required for ALL clients. Tribal photo IDs are accepted. 

Our appointment slots are short! If you are more than 7 minutes late for a piercing appointment or more than 5 minutes late for a jewelry change appointment, you will treated as a walk-in and possibly charged a cancellation fee. 

For safety reasons no children under the age of 8 can come into the shop.

Remember to hydrate and eat within 4 hours of your appointment. 

Online appointments can be reserved up to 1 hour in advance. A credit or debit card is required to book an appointment online but the card is not charged at the time of booking and is not saved to your account. You will be charged at the end of your appointment. 

A cancelation fee of 50% is kept for no-shows, late arrivals or clients who do not bring proper ID. Contact us via email or phone if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Please bring no more than two friends or family members with you to your visit. Our shop waiting room has limited space!If you're getting pierced with a friend, please book your appointments separately, this helps with our scheduling.

Downsizes and check-ups:

Some piercings will need to be "downsized" at 2-6 weeks. Many fresh piercings require the jewelry to be a bit longer to accommodate the swelling that happens right after getting pierced. This means that after most of the swelling has subsided we will install a shorter barbell that will be a better fit and prevent irritation. We charge a discounted fee for the appointment and new barbell for clients who have been pierced in our studio. 

Accessibility Notes:

We have a comfortable, adjustable medical chair that can accommodate a range of body sizes and hold up to 350 pounds.  Our shop is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs at this time.You can also request that your piercer wear a mask during your appointment in the notes section when you book. Please note that other clients and staff may be in the main room and are not required to mask. We also use a professional air filter and regularly sanitize surfaces. 

Most piercing jewelry requires the consulting expertise of our piercer to make sure you get the right size and fit. Many pieces also need to be installed by a professional for optimal ease and comfort! Because of this we recommend making a quick "jewelry change" appointment if you want to come shop. Just click the Book an Appointment button below to schedule one. You're also welcome to just stop by, but be aware that we may not be able to help if our piercer is busy.

We offer safe, gentle and clean piercings for children 8 and older (for earlobes) and some other piercings for those 14-16+. Minors must be escorted by their legal guardian. **Identification and proof of guardianship is required by the State of Oregon.**
