READ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Policies and ID Requirements
- You must have proper ID/documents and be on time for your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
- We offer earlobe piercings for children 8 and older and some other piercings for those 13-16+. The ages are listed on our booking page.
- In accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 331-900-330) if the client is a minor a consenting parent and/or legal guardian must be present at the time of the service with their government issued photographic identification and proof of guardianship documents.
- The parent and/or legal guardian must also prove that they are in fact, the parent or legal guardian. Proof of guardianship can be shown with matching last names and address on legal IDs (passports, driver's permits, licenses), or with the birth certificate or other legal guardianship document. We do not accept school IDs.

- If there has been a name change please bring documents showing this (divorce or marriage papers, court papers, etc.)
- Minors must also bring their guardian with them for downsizes and jewelry changes.
